If you're experiencing a technical issue or notice a malfunction within the Hausbuq app, you can report it directly to our technical team. To do this, go to your profile within the Hausbuq app and click on the support ticket icon located in the upper right corner of the screen. This will allow you to submit a detailed report so our team can assist you as efficiently as possible.

All your data is securely stored on encrypted servers located in Europe and managed by trusted cloud service providers that are fully compliant with GDPR regulations. We implement robust security practices including data encryption at rest and in transit, access control mechanisms, and regular backups to ensure that your personal and property information is protected at all times.

When you delete your Hausbuq account, your personal data and account information are securely retained for a period of 60 days. This grace period allows you to restore your account if you change your mind. After the 60-day window, all data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems, with no possibility of recovery, in compliance with our privacy and data retention policies.
